My Wellness Express is not your typical primary care office. We cater to both adults as well as children (based on location). Our office works with many state-of-the-art laboratories that offer an array of specialty testing to include, pharmacogenetics, respiratory pathogen panels, cancer genetics, cardiac genetics, testing for Alzheimer’s, dementia and Parkinson’s as well as obesity and diabetes to name a few. Our primary care facility is simply a cut above the rest.
We never overbook our office, and we know your time is valuable. Our pledge to you is that when you have an appointment time, we will be respectful of that time, and you will be seen promptly with minimal or no wait times.

The annual wellness visit will include a comprehensive examination, blood work specific to your health care needs, an EKG (if clinically indicated), and referrals to specialists/preventative screening (colonoscopy/mammogram ect) as needed. We perform annual wellness visits for all patients 2 and up in Sea Girt and 12 and up in Key West .
Sick Visits
Not feeling well? The Sea Girt office sees patients ages 2 and up for any and all sick visits. We currently offer glucose checks, rapid strep, rapid mono, rapid COVID, and urinalysis services in office.
PCR & RAPID COVID TESTING
We currently offer both the rapid and PCR testing. Rapid test results will be sent to you via our patient portal within 30 minutes. PCR's take approximately 24-48 hours to result and will also be uploaded to our patient portal.
* Please note that these are our typical PCR turn around times, as COVID begins to surge there may be delays in reporting. *
SURGICAL CLEARANCES
We are more than happy to provide surgical clearance for your specialist. Please call to make an appointment and arrive with any and all pertinent medical information for your surgery. We are able to perform in office EKGs and labs as needed.
SPORTS PHYSICALS
Can't get into your pediatrician for a sports physical? We are able to help you! We are more than happy to perform your sports physical, but ask you to provide a copy of your child's last physical and immunization reports prior to their exam.
GENETIC TESTING
We currently offer Genetic screening for Cancer, Diabetes, Cardiomyopathy, Alzheimer's and Dementia. We also offer Pharmacogenetic testing, which allows us to eliminate the trial and error process with medication use by analyzing the way your body metabolizes your current medications. Testing is performed utilizing a buccal (cheek) swab and results are typically back within 2-4 weeks. These screenings are subject to insurance approval.
DOT EXAMS
Our NJ location is currently offering DOT/CDL certifications. These visits are not covered by insurance. Please bring copies of any pertinent medical records for your exam. These appointments MUST be booked in advance.
